Non Peak Days - January 1 through April 15
During our Non Peak Days, we answer emails and phone calls from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM CST Monday - Friday. While unique situations may result in delayed response time, you will always receive follow up within 24 hours.
For your convenience, we also offer you the option to schedule a specific time to speak with one of our sales representatives. You can coordinate a scheduled call by requesting via email or voicemail.
Peak Days - April 15 through August 31
During our Peak Days, we answer emails and phone calls from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST Everyday. If you are not able to connect with us immediately, please know we are working to respond to you as quickly as possible.
